Our first major work, Always Coming, Always Going (or simply Always), automatically started every evening at 6pm and shut down without fail at 11pm, saving us many trips to the site over the three weeks that Vivid 2017 ran. Our first major work, Always Coming, Always Going featured at Vivid Sydney 2017. Over 2,000 individually controlled luminous hexagons light up using close to 20,000 LEDs across a 5x5 metre area. Animations are generated in real-time based on audience participation.
